Wausau has been in a perpetual growth mode since I have been alive–something less than 40 years. This always helped it seem fresh. There was a sense of progression.
But with a little distance between me and ya’ll, it now seems that insanity has again taken firm root. Kronenwetter is like your very own North Korea. Dining is hopeless. Steve and Barry’s will not save the world.
The Eastbay tent sale tells alot about the town. Take what is given.
